4. Technodigital Journalism Seminar
On October 28th CINTEL will carry out the fourth version of the Tecnodigital Journalism Seminar
addressed to the accredited media at Andicom 2008.
5. Media Partners Andicom
A media Partner is a virtual, printed or audiovisual communication media that offers to
promote the dissemination of the information regarding the International Telecommunications
Congress Andicom as an exchange.
What kind of exchange can a Media Partner have?
A. Informative: This is an exchange of information between CINTEL’s Information
services and the Media Partner. It can be the publication of articles in CINTEL’s information
products (Noticintel, RCT On Line, printed RCT, web page), for information (articles, reports) that
the Media Partner will publish in its media, in agreement with the information sent by CINTEL.
B. Advertising: This is the exchange of publicity between CINTEL’s Information
services and the Media Partner or other agreed with CINTEL.

- Logo in the information on Media Partner in Press Room, informative brochure, web page and
other advertising pieces.
Note: Logos should be delivered transformed into curves in CMYK in any of the
following programs CorelDraw, FreeHand or Illustrator
C. Product exchange: This is the exchange of CINTEL’s products or services with
the Media Partner. They can be Andicom registrations or subscriptions to printed RCT magazine. (see
graphic)

Steps to be a Media Partner:
1. Enter the web page
www.andicom.org.co go to the link Press
Room and fill out the registration form as Media Partner including your proposal in the “proposal”
space (*)
2. CINTEL will receive your mail and will reply to specify the exchange terms.
3. CINTEL will send an assessment form once the event has ended, certifying the fulfillment
of the conditions and the termination of the exchange.
(*) CINTEL reserves itself the right of accepting or not the Media Partner
proposal.
6. Agenda of Events for the Media
Exhibiting companies must inform the Communications Coordinating Office of
press conferences or social events for the media, in order to establish an Agenda of Events.
It is recommended to plan these events on October 29th and 30th, during breakfasts, lunches
and during night hours. The Press Coordinating Office shall not be responsible for the logistics
organization of each one of these events.

7. NOTICINTEL
Noticintel’s Telecommunications Electronic Bulletin will inform, in a special section, the
news from Andicom and its exhibiting companies, starting August 14th. The information must be
delivered to
ogarces@cintel.org.co, with copy to
andicomprensa@cintel.org.co
For this section, companies are advised to send exclusive information on their participation
in the academic forum, the business forum or the commercial exhibit. News will be published 8 days
after their delivery, keeping Noticintel’s format (maximum 1.500 characters) per news.
Note: several notes from one same company shall not be published simultaneously.
8. RCT MAGAZINE
The RCT magazine, on its October edition, will be dedicated to the Congress
theme and will have a special section for the products of participant companies.
Articles with a maximum length of 5 pages letter size. Font Arial 11 points. High resolution
digital photographs, video or other audiovisual aids. Deadline for articles delivery: August 28th.

Andicom 2008 Sponsors
