"JOURNALISM, TECHNOLOGY AND SERVICE TO THE CITIZEN"
La fifth version of the seminar Tecnodigital conducted by the Telecommunications
Research Center - CINTEL, under the Andicom Congress will take place from October 27th to 30th in
the city of Cartagena de Indias. On this occasion, the theme of the seminar will focus on
"Journalism, Technology and Citizen Service", and also aims to sensitize registered journalists on
using the latest tools that are part of the exercise of journalism, think on the impact of ICT in
the daily lives of Colombians.
With the support from the Ministry of Information and Communication
Technologies, media from different regions of the country are invited. Likewise, the seminar counts
with the participation of a large group of national and international journalists covering the
technology sector activity.
The seminar makes part of the general theme of the Congress that has as its
slogan: "Times of Change ... Times for Opportunities", taking as its starting point the world
economic situation and the challenges it poses to businesses of all sectors.
TecnoDigital5 is an opportunity to interact with industry experts and pioneers
internationally recognized for leading technological innovation in the market. Additionally, allows
meeting government initiatives currently under way to bring ICT to the citizens in different
