It is recommended to participant companies and accredited media to be
attentive to the following instructions.
1. Communications Coordination
All information originated for the media during the event will be managed through the
Communications Coordinating Office.
The Communications Coordinating Office is made up by a team of communication professionals
linked to CINTEL, coordinated by Amilde Frías Rincón, CINTEL’s Project Professional.

The Coordinating Office will keep Andicom’s web page Press Room
www.cintel.org.co,
www.andicom.org.co constantly updated with
information on the Congress themes, the academic program, the business forum, the products of the
companies participating in the commercial exhibitions, official press releases and other activities
of interest for the attendance.
Press Accreditations
The Communications Coordinating Office will handle press accreditations directly, for
national, regional and international media that will cover Andicom 2008. Pre- accreditation
requests must be sent to
andicomprensa@cintel.org.co
As Andicom is a closed event, accreditation applications will be studied by the
Communications Committee and acceptance or non acceptance will be confirmed by e-mail. We recommend
journalists and press agencies of participant companies to get their accreditation to the event in
advance, to avoid inconveniences.
All accreditation credentials will be handed on October 28th at Cartagena de Indias
Convention Center.
